"Can't see how they have 5 stars because they gone up on my policy 2xs and saying I owe them money which I took the drive safe discount off few days after I signed up. Then my agent goes ghost doesn't respond d to text or calls till days later and I keep messaging and calling her every week about my policy and balance and she keep saying she will get to it well guess what it's been 3 weeks and still haven't heard from her about it other than saying she will be doing it now then actually don't and now my policy getting turned off. I hate state farm soon as I can I will be changing ASAP worse insurance company I've encountered UPDATE IT WAS MADE RIGHT THANK U"
